EU Constitution - Thousands lobby MPs

On Wednesday 27 February, nearly 3,000 people from all parts of Britain gathered outside Parliament in an effort to persuade MPs to back a referendum on the Lisbon Treaty/EU Constitution.
Protesters held banners bearing the slogans, "Politicians: where’s our referendum?", "Let the people decide" and "Politicians: keep your referendum promise". See the feature article this month.
